Starting Monday, organizations will be able to offer members or employees Web-based e-mail, calendar, chat and Web page publishing hosted by Google for free.

If you haven’t already registered with Google Apps for your domain, do so now - if you want.

You can ‘outsource your communications applications’ to Google for free and customize it.
