What are your ranking guarantees?
We don’t give ranking guarantees. No genuine SEO company will make false promises. Actually, it is not the "ranking guarantee" that we can’t give, it’s "Search engine algorithms will not change" guarantee which we can’t take – hence, it results in a ‘no ranking guarantee’.
We don’t own search engine algorithms and we don’t control them. However, we do understand search engine algorithms and how they work. Based on that understanding, we have developed a process that would help make your website capable of ranking for the keywords your target audience is using.
We want to provide 100% customer satisfaction. That can only be done if we don’t end up raising your expectations and over promising.
We do give guarantees. Find out what Our Guarantees are.

- Page Title, filename etc
- Alternative text, Title attributes etc

Page source SEO

- Robots.txt file updating (if required)
Do I have to invest in link building?
For successful SEO, you would need support of links from other websites. The number is links required are suggested post keyword finalization. It is possible to optimize a website for any number of keywords, but that doesn’t mean it would rank for all those keywords. Rankings are dependent on competition, which in turn is different for different industries and different keywords. Some keywords have high competition and some have very little. Competition is dealt with not only the on-page optimization but also the off-page support that your website enjoys – links.
The more competitive the keyword, the more off-page support you would need in order to rank.
However, you don’t need to invest in links at the same time as SEO. The best option is to always choose a combination of competitive and easy to rank keywords so that while to invest in competitive keywords, you also start seeing results of the SEO through easy to rank keywords. It is always a good idea to keep your eyes on the search pattern as it keeps changing. Usually, the newer keywords are easier to rank with.
How do you carry out the keyword research?
Our keyword research process is divided into the following phases:
Research
- Understanding your target audience through your answers to the Questionnaire and your website
- Studying your competition
- Identification of key search terms
- Identifying industry specific keywords using online tools like Wordtracker
Selection
- Short-listing keywords based on keyword relevancy scores
- Identifying ranking competition for each of these keywords
- Calculating approximate link building support required per keyword
- Recommending keywords for final selection based on ROI calculation
You would be actively involved in the selection of the keywords as this is the most important process. Based on your answers to the questionnaire, we would research keywords your target audience is using to search. We would then ask you to assign a relevancy figure to each. We then find out the competition for each keyword.
Based on the relevancy marked by you, the competition and the investment required, we calculate ROI for each keyword and make our recommendation.
You would have the final say as to which keywords your website should be optimized for.
What if I don’t want to optimize my website for 60 keywords?
We optimize a website for up to 60 keywords. This includes plurals, different keyword sequences in a key phrase etc.
Each webpage can easily be optimized for 3 – 5 keywords depending on the subject similarity. Since we optimize a website for up to 20 pages, 60 keywords can easily be covered. However, we don’t advise our clients to over stuff a webpage with keywords.
Depending on the service and the need, final keywords are recommended for optimization. If your target audience is not using more than 40 keywords, we won’t create new ones for the sake of optimization. The idea is to identify and use up to 60 relevant and genuine keywords which not only have a good search count but also don’t look bad when used in the website copy.
My website uses very fine copy which I don’t want to spoil. Can you do SEO without rewriting the content of my website?
Content is the most important element of optimization. We don’t edit anything on the website without the prior permission of the client.
Editing the site content would be important to see the desired ranking results. Alternatively, new content can be created using the keywords and added to the website in the form of articles. Having articles related to your industry is also a very good way to promoting your website and gaining trust among your target audience.
